Have you heard about the updated incentives that were included in the IRA? We know some of you have! As we are starting to get more calls asking about ENERGY STAR and the 45L tax credit, we wanted to ensure all of you are aware of these updates and help guide you all through this process. Here’s what we know so far!

Update as of 10/30: We are excited to announce that initial guidance documentation is now available detailing the qualification process for the 45L tax credit. For more information, please visit the ENERGY STAR website. Based on our current understanding, the Energy Star certification and (if applicable) prevailing wage documentation is sufficient to qualify for the tax credit. However, we advise you to consult with your tax advisor for personalized advice.
