This is my second career, I joined SEM when i was 35, so I have experienced a variety of work situations. SEM is unique in so many ways -- but our commitment to mission and culture are incomparable in my opinion. In my 6th year, I'm still extremely proud of our work and its impact on the world, and that I and my teammates are able to have great work-life balance.
