The HERS Associate Certificate course offers a RESNET certificate designation to provide professionals a working understanding of Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET) and Home Energy Rating System (HERS).

Solar for Residential New Construction

Building a Better Envelope
The building envelope represents the most significant structural component of the home and presents many opportunities to maximize quality, efficiency and durability. With building codes, energy efficiency programs and utility incentives requiring tighter houses, it is more important than ever to understand how design and installation will affect performance at final inspection.
The Building a Better Envelope course breaks down many of the common design choices made during construction that affect the efficiency, comfort, durability and lifespan of the home.
