Course Overview
The HERS Associate Certificate course offers a new RESNET certificate designation to provide professionals a working understanding of Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET) and HERS. This program is designed for builders, realtors, code inspectors and trades who can benefit from a better understanding of how the HERS index is used in the construction and sales of new homes. Attendees will gain insight on how products and applications contribute to HERS Index scores, along with tools to market HERS Index score to consumers.
