PHIUS Certification
Passive House is a rigorous standard for energy efficiency in a building, results in ultra-low energy buildings that require very little energy for space heating or cooling. Originally created in Germany it combines both a design verification protocol and with strong Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program performed onsite by highly skilled and specialized PHIUS+ Raters and Verifiers.
With a PHIUS Certification, builders can expect:

- Automatically earned U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Zero Energy Ready Home (ZERH) status
